Perform a Transmission fluid analysis to determine the condition of the fluid and internal components for contamination.
Inspect for tears, seperations, discolorations, excess wear and water damage of: Chairs, Sofa, Beds, Cabinets and Dinette.
Identify Brand, Model and check operation of: TVs, Blu-Ray, DVD, VCR, Radio/Stereo and remotes.
Style and Material of Roof, Slideout Roofs, Sidewalls and Caps. Identify number of Solar panels. Identify type of Cargo doors and check all locks/keys. Type of Entrance Door, number and type of Steps.
Identify Brand, Size, Load Capacity and Load Range.
Identify Receiver brand
Identify type of Leveling system.
Identify Make, Model and Serial number for: Water Heater, Furnace, Cooktop, Oven, Microwave, In-house Vacuum, Electric Fireplace and Dishwasher.
Testing for temperature of upper and lower compartments of refrigerator and ice maker (if equipped).
Identify Condition of Dishwasher connections and racks
Inspect electrical panel and fuse box. Polarity and Voltage test of all outlets. Inspect Wiring harness under Slideout(s). Brand, Model, Serial number and run-hours of Generator. Inverter Brand, Model and Serial number. Generator and Inverter frequency under 50% load.
Drain Cap holds back Grey and Black Water. Verify operation of Tank Level Panel.
Tank size and date of Manufacture – ASME and/or DOT.
Identify Make, Model, Serial Number and Date of Manufacture for: Carbon Dioxide, Smoke and LP (Propane) Detectors.
